The Missionary Sisters of the Holy Rosary are now an international community working in the nine countries of Africa, and In Brazil and Mexico. THANK YOU

Dear Assumption Parish Family:
We would like to take this opportunity to say a heartfelt thank you one last time. We were truly amazed and grateful for the out pouring of support that you, our parish family, showed to help Caitlyn reach World Youth Day in Australia. Over the past few months the response was more than we ever expected with monetary donations, prayers, and well wishes. Also we can't forget the tremendous support of the various fundraisers held. We wanted to share that the trip cost $4,766.00 and we raised $3,112.25! There are no words that can convey how much this means to us. A very special thank you to Fr. Mike, Fr Yvons, Gen Phillips, and Mike Baldwin for all of your efforts and support. Caitlyn is looking forward to sharing her experiences with everyone. You are in our prayers.
God Bless, Donna and Caitlyn Moran

Thank You from Fr. Yvans Jazon

Dear Friends,
I want to thank all of you for your support and your prayers for celebrating my first year anniversary as a priest. I am called to serve in the church as a priest, and I am grateful and happy to serve you as your priest. How blessed I feel when I am in the midst of you, you who seek nothing more than to be with the Lord and to be nourished by His Word, either by attending daily Mass or Sunday Mass. You know that Assumption Church was my first parish assignment. I was sent here, a place I did not know to serve people I had never met. Here you have welcomed me and have allowed me to learn from you and to pray with you. With you, I bless the name of the Lord, and through you I thank Him for the gift of my vocation that I received to serve the Church. I do not have words to thank you for everything that you have done. Thank you for all of your help, your love for the church, your support and your prayers. You are in my daily prayers.
God bless you Rev. Yvans Jazon

Thank You and Rubber Bracelets

Dear Parish Family,
I would once again like to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of you. Your continuous support, both financially and spiritually, has been outstanding. A very special thank you to Fr. Mike, for keeping the faith in this trip alive, Mr. Baldwin, for his endless fund-raising efforts, and Mrs. Phillips, for her encouragement, support, and tireless efforts.

For those of you who are not familiar with World Youth Day, it is an opportunity that sometimes only occurs once in a lifetime. The fellowship from around the globe and memories I will obtain from this trip, will be experiences never repeated. Experiences, I will share with you, my parish family, upon my return.

As time for my departure draws nearer, I wish to invite anyone interested to send their prayer requests to me at caitlynwyd08@yahoo.com or by leaving them in the sacristy in an envelope marked with my name. After all your support, it would be an honor for me to carry your prayers to the mass celebrated by the Holy Father, Pope Benedict, on July 20. And of course, you will all be in my prayers at all times.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you all. For everything. With love, Caitlyn Moran
